building strong relationships with subcontractors, and taking pride in producing an exceptional finished product.
Desired Experience
Experience delivering residential apartment or medium/high‐density projects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades
A proactive approach to programming, quality and safety
The confidence to manage projects from structure through to completion
