About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support LocalEyes, Metcash's growing Retail Media Network. The role is a 6‐month fixed‐term contract starting immediately.
In This Role, You Will
Support the sales team with media plans, bookings, and campaign administration
Manage campaign bookings and pipeline tracking through Salesforce
Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, approvals, and reporting
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, dashboards, and trackers
Act as a key point of contact for campaign and booking enquiries
Support the execution of new initiatives and go‐to‐market activities
You'll Bring
12+ months' experience in sales support, administration, media, marketing, or FMCG environments
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
Advanced Excel and robust PowerPoint skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced workplace
