We are looking for a Disability Support Worker to join our team!

Location:Trinity Community Services, Bundall – QLD
Employment Type:Casual Positions (20 hours fortnight)
Remuneration:$ – $ per hour (includes 25% casual loading) + super + salary packaging + access to staff discounts & benefits
About The Role
Deliver creative and engaging individual or group activities
Support clients in achieving personal and developmental goals
Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
Provide in-home and community-based support to promote independence
Encourage skill development through mentoring and positive role modeling
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines
About You




Creativity and motivation to deliver meaningful support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A client-focused approach, valuing inclusivity and respect
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to work in energetic settings
Experience working with neuro-diverse individuals (desirable but not essential)
A valid NDIS Worker Screening and Police Check
Queensland Driver's Licence
Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, or Home Care
