Restructuring & Insolvency - Senior Associate/Special Counsel

The Role
This is a new opportunity for a Restructuring and Insolvency Senior Associate/Special Counsel to join our growing and highly regarded Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team in Perth.
The role will see you working across a range of complex restructurings, litigious and advisory insolvency, as well as on some general contractual and financial disputes.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE from a reputable insolvency/litigation practice.
We are seeking a lawyer who prides themselves on their communication skills both written and verbal,



with strong attention to detail and well-developed analytical skills and an ability to work independently as well as within a team.
You must have excellent client service skills and a strong work ethic.
You will be working with a number of blue-chip clients.
Ideally you will have a strong academic history from a well-respected university.
