Redpath Partners are delighted to be exclusively partnering with Walker Corporation who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial fitout and capital works projects across their Collins Square precinct in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
This is an prospect to take ownership of significant fitout, refurb, and upgrade projects within one of Melbourne's premier commercial destinations.
You will run with the full project lifecycle, from procurement through to completion, and accountable for delivery across programme, cost, quality, safety, design, and stakeholder expectations.
This position could grow into a national role working across new-build, large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial fitout and capital works projects across Collins Square.
Coordinate and manage head contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
Oversee design coordination, RFIs, approvals and change management from concept through to construction.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, variations and monthly cost reporting.
Develop and maintain project programmes, identifying and resolving delays and risks as they arise.




Manage practical completion, defects, commissioning and close-out processes.
About You
A minimum of 5 years' experience delivering commercial construction or fitout projects, ideally coming from a commercial construction contractor.
A demonstrated track record delivering premium commercial office fitouts or CBD-based projects.
Robust commercial acumen, with a sound understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
Proven leadership capability, with the communication skills to influence and align contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Property or a related discipline is preferred.
Familiarity with Aconex, Bluebeam or similar project management platforms is advantageous.
