About the Role:
We're looking for a Retail Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and drive the success of Cellarbrations Bottleshop, Longreach.
This agile role involves overseeing a busy store open 7 days a week, ensuring smooth operations and driving sales.
What You'll Do:
Lead the Team:Support the management by supervising daily operations and providing direct oversight to team members.
Maintain Excellence:Keep our cellar and store areas spotless and well-maintained, ensuring all equipment is in top shape.
Drive Sales:Prepare eye-catching displays, manage stock, and ensure competitive pricing to keep our customers coming back.
Innovate & Grow:Contribute to the development and marketing of recent services and promotions to stay ahead in the market.
Achieve Financial Success:Manage wages, GP, and turnover to meet and exceed budget expectations.




Stay Compliant:Ensure all operations align with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies.
What We're Looking For:
Experience Matters:2 years in Liquor Retail Management is ideal, but what counts most is your hands-on approach and leadership skills.
Customer Focused:A proactive attitude towards customer needs, both internal and external.
Leadership Skills:Ability to direct, lead, and maintain productive staffing levels.
Passion for Hospitality:A genuine love for the industry and commitment to exceptional customer service.
Additional Qualifications:A current forklift licence and driver's licence are advantageous, but not essential.
