Our client is a well-established Australian engineering business supplying industrial products to the water, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.
They're looking for an experienced Internal Sales & Customer Service qualified to support customers with quotations, technical advice and order management.

What will you do?
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales process and delivering outstanding service.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Preparing,
submitting and following up quotations
Processing customer orders and purchase orders
Providing product advice and technical support
Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
Supporting the external sales team
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Maintaining accurate customer and quotation records
What will you need?
Experience inInternal Sales, Customer Service or Spare Parts
Experience preparing quotations and processing orders
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience using CRM or ERP systems
Full Australian working rights without requiring sponsorship
Experience within pumps, valves, rotating equipment, hydraulics, bearings, compressors or other industrial products will be highly regarded.
