Working closely with a highly regarded senior practitioner, you will gain exposure to specialised dust diseases matters within a supportive and respected team setting.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage a caseload of plaintiff dust diseases matters from commencement through to resolution
Work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
Draft court documents, correspondence, and legal submissions with a high level of accuracy
Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients throughout the litigation process
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on achieving positive outcomes
Build trusted client relationships through professionalism, care, and responsiveness
About You
A current NSW Practising Certificate
At least 2+ years PQE in plaintiff dust diseases litigation
Solid written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Genuine ability to listen to and empathise with clients and their circumstances
Proven ability to manage matters independently while contributing positively to a team
Solid commitment to client outcomes and high-quality legal service
