We have positions available in our Brisbane and Gold Coast studios.
About the Role
As a Project Leader, you'll be the engine behind our project success — leading teams, coordinating with clients, managing consultants, and driving design and documentation through all project phases.
You'll partner closely with a Project Director and Associate and take ownership of project outcomes, quality, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multi-disciplinary teams across design, documentation and delivery.
Oversee consultant coordination and project quality from concept to construction.
Act as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring communication and satisfaction.
Administer contracts, track budgets, and manage project timelines.




Maintain high Revit/BIM standards across the project lifecycle.
Review and approve project documentation to meet CPA quality and compliance benchmarks.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 7+ years of experience in architecture or project management roles.
Proven leadership in delivering complex multi-residential and commercial projects.
High-level proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows and project delivery systems.
Solid knowledge of local building codes, BCA and contract administration.
Ability to inspire and mentor teams while keeping projects on track and on budget.
Excellent interpersonal skills and client-facing confidence.
Architectural registration in Australia (or working towards it).
Must be permanent resident of Australia
