The Role -
Lead:Coach and train a diverse Kickstart crew.
Manage:Oversee daily workflows, hire and train staff, maintain quality control, and drive financial performance.
Execute:Bring the "Kickstart spirit" to life daily through operational excellence and a "whatever-it-takes" attitude.
Attention to Detail:Exceptional quality and rapid, friendly service are the heart of Kickstart.
As manager, you will make this standard the absolute cornerstone of your daily leadership.

5.5 Day week:Kickstart currently operates Monday- Friday 6am-2pm, Saturday 7am-12pm andclosed Sundays.
These operating hours offer a outstanding work-life balance for a manager compared to other hospitality roles.
Pay: $70, – $90, per year
