Absolute Smiles Bassendean is seeking an experienced, friendly Front Office Coordinator for Saturdays from 8am – 1pm to join our dental team.
This role focuses on delivering outstanding patient service in a rapid-paced setting.
You will open and close the practice, greet patients, schedule appointments, handle phones and payments, coordinate recalls, balance takings, and liaise with the clinical team to maintain accurate patient records.
