Access Aged Care is seeking General Practitioners to provide in office care in Residential Aged Care Homes in Launceston and surrounding regions.
This role offers weekday hours only, typically 9:00am–5:00pm, with no after-hours, weekends or on-call requirements.
A dedicated Access Aged Care Nurse supports rounds and follow-up care, helping coordinate plans for smooth sessions.
You will work with a consistent resident cohort, delivering proactive, relationship-based care and leveraging telehealth
