Responsibilities
Support and mentor educators to grow and succeed
Ensure every child's day is secure, engaging, and full of learning
Build warm, trusted relationships with families
Embed best practice in line with the NQF and The OAC Way
Inspire a culture of collaboration, creativity, and care
About You
Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher)
2–3+ years of leadership experience in an early learning setting
Robust knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & CSS
A supportive and proactive leadership style
Excellent communication, problem‐solving, and mentoring skills
A full‐time, can‐do attitude and a genuine passion for what you do
