We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands‐on experience with ITSM modules, workflow automation, integrations, and ServiceNow platform development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.
Work on ITSM modules and support implementation projects.
Develop and maintain Service Catalog, Record Producers, and custom applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
Follow ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills
Experience with ITSM & ITSM modules.
Exposure to ServiceNow AI, Virtual Agent,



and Automation Engine.
Good knowledge on the ServiceNow platform.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and source control tools.
