Job Description
Peter Dullard Motor Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager/ Procurement Manager to lead our Automotive Dealership Parts Department in Bairnsdale, VIC.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily parts department operations, including sales, ordering, receipting, dispatch, and returns.
Oversee inventory control, forecasting, stock takes, and procurement.
Ensure timely parts are supplied to support workshop operations.
Lead and develop parts department staff.
Monitor sales performance, gross profit, stock turnover, and supplier relationships.
Maintain accurate inventory and dealership system records.
Skills & Experience
With at least 3 years' experience as a
Parts Manager, Assistant Parts Manager,



Senior Parts Interpreter, or similar role is desirable
Solid automotive parts knowledge and parts interpretation skills.
Experience in an automotive dealership, workshop, service center, or parts workplace.
Proven inventory management and purchasing experience.
Leadership and team management capability.
Robust customer service, communication, and computer skills.
Experience with dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogues preferred.
Current Driver Licensed preferred
Salary range is $80,000-$90,000pa commensurate with experience Fulltime Position available Applications open on 23rd July and closes on 23rd August
