Shangri-La Sydney is looking for a Full Time Demi Chef to join our In Room Dining Kitchen.
About the role
Participates in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food for the respective outlet.
Participates in the creation of current menus and dishes.
Prepares and ensures that all food is prepared and served according to the Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney standards and procedures.
Assists in ensuring that all kitchen equipment is in positive working order.
Informs the Chef de Partie on repair and maintenance needs.
Assists in maintaining the kitchen and other related areas in highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
About You
Holder of Certificate in Commercial Cookery
Must have a valid full working rights
Experience in a Hotel setting or similar
