About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Services & Reservations Agent to join our team at Bells At Killcare in Killcare Heights, NSW.
This is a casual role, allowing you flexibility in your work-life balance.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our boutique hotel operations.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes
Managing reservations, including booking, modifying and cancelling guest stays
Responding to guest enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Providing information about the hotel's facilities and the local area
Handling cash and card payments, ensuring accurate record-keeping
Supporting the wider hotel team as needed to maintain high standards of service
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or reservations role, preferably within the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional approach




Solid organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems
A flexible and adaptable approach to work, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
