Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end BI, Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT, and Cloud Data Operations.
ManageTeradata, AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, SAS DI/CI/RTDM, and Qlikplatforms.
Drive incident, problem, change, and release management for production environments.
Monitor ETL jobs, Airflow DAGs, Glue pipelines, reporting, and campaign processes.
Collaborate with business, analytics, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA), performance optimization, automation, and continuous operational improvements.
Manage onshore/offshore support teams and vendor relationships.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience inBI, Data Warehousing, Data Operations, or Cloud Data Platforms.
Solid expertise inTeradata, AWS Redshift, AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, SAS DI, SAS CI, SAS RTDM, and Qlik.
Hands-on experience withETL/ELT, SQL, Data Warehousing, and Production Support.
Robust knowledge ofSLA management, incident management, problem management, and operational governance.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and team management skills.
