- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and effective workflows.
- Ensure operational processes comply with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor service delivery, productivity, and quality across operations.

Key Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in operations, facilities, or service management.
- Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and operational processes.
- Industry experience (e.g., manufacturing, real estate, retail, logistics, hospitality) is an advantage.
