The Opportunity

You will deliver an exceptional dining experience for residents, overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations — including menu planning, food quality, staff leadership, hygiene standards and budgeting. Your regular working hours will be between 9:00 and 17:00, providing consistency and balance in your day.

Your leadership will ensure our residents enjoy nutritious, beautifully prepared meals in a warm, welcoming and wellmanaged environment.

Your Responsibilities
/n

- Leading and mentoring Cooks and Kitchen Assistants
/n
- Managing rosters, budgets and daily kitchen operations
/n
- Overseeing menu reviews and nutritional standards
/n
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, safety and compliance
/n
- Creating a positive, respectful and collaborative team culture
/n/n
Who We Are Looking For
/n
/n
- Trade Certificate or Diploma in Cookery
/n
- Experience in Aged Care or similar environment (ideal)
/n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
/n
- Ability to problemsolve and maintain high quality standards
/n
- Warm, professional manner and genuine respect for older people
/n
- Possesses solid communication skills in Chinese and or Vietnamese
- Understanding of Traditional Asian Meals — Ability to plan and prepare authentic traditional Asian dishes that meet cultural expectations, dietary needs and agedcare nutrition standards
