We are seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Manager to join our Toyota dealership and take ownership of our used vehicle operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing high quality used vehicle stock while delivering strong commercial outcomes for the business.

About the Role

/n

As Used Car Manager, you will be responsible for leading, building and maintaining a strong and profitable used vehicle division.

/n

Working closely with the General Manager, you'll drive sales performance, maximise profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience through smart stock management, team leadership, and strong client relationships.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

- Oversee the buying and selling of used vehicles, ensuring profitability and efficiency

/n

- Evaluate trade-ins and purchase vehicles

/n

- Conduct market research to set competitive pricing and monitor industry trends

/n

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service

/n

- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets and implement effective sales strategies

/n

- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock, turnover, and presentation

/n

- Oversee vehicle preparation,



including pricing, advertising, and online listings

/n/n

- Proven success in used car sales with a strong automotive background

/n

- Professional presentation and the ability to represent Toyota brand with pride

/n

- Sharp negotiation skills

/n
