Your new company Our client is a well-established and highly regarded Tasmanian contractor with a strong presence across industrial and commercial projects. With continued growth and a healthy pipeline of upcoming work throughout the North West Coast, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team and play a key role in the successful delivery of projects across the region. Your new role Reporting to the Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of industrial electrical projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget. Managing multiple electrical projects from planning through to completion Leading and coordinating electricians, apprentices and subcontractors Monitoring project budgets, forecasts and financial performance Preparing and managing variations, claims and contract administration activities Providing on-site leadership and ensuring quality project outcomes Managing subcontractor performance and stakeholder relationships Producing project reports including cost-to-complete forecasts, labour planning and cash flow projections Maintaining compliance with all relevant safety standards,
regulations and company procedures What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position, you will have: Demonstrated experience delivering industrial electrical projects Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage site teams Sound commercial understanding, including budgeting and project financial management Experience managing progress claims, variations and contract administration Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA solid commitment to workplace health, safety and quality Current Electrical Workers Licence Construction White Card Current Driver Licence Experience within industrial environments and exposure to complex electrical systems will be highly regarded What you'll get in return In return, you'll join a respected organisation that values its people and offers genuine long-term career opportunities.
