The successful applicant will be involved in a wide range of commercial work including contracts, corporate structuring, lending, business sales and other corporate/commercial matters.

What you need to be successful:

/n

/n

- At least 2 years of post admission experience, with a strong focus on commercial law. Experience in finance, mortgages, business sales,



as well as company and trust structuring, would be looked upon favourably.

/n

- A current Australian practising certificate

/n

- Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

/n

- A friendly, positive, self-motivated attitude.

/n

- Intermediate to advanced computer skills. Smokeball experience would be advantageous, but not essential.

/n

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts in plain English.

/n

- A right to work in Australia

/n/n

Salary will be commensurate with experience and knowledge.

/n
