The Commercial Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, commercial performance and scalable business growth. Working closely with the Founder, this role will oversee the systems, processes and cross-functional initiatives that support the efficient delivery of products and services while ensuring the business is positioned for continued success.

The Commercial Operations Manager will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, forecasting demand, managing budgets and providing commercial insights that inform strategic decision-making. Through detailed reporting and analysis, you will identify opportunities to improve profitability,
optimise margins and support sustainable revenue growth across all channels.

A key focus of the role will be overseeing operational infrastructure, including inventory planning, supply chain coordination, ecommerce operations, third-party logistics and warehouse management. The successful talent will lead the ongoing optimisation of business systems and workflows, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy and customer experience.
