The Position

As our Senior Logistics Specialist, you will orchestrate the seamless flow of goods from suppliers across Asia, through our Malaysia bonded hub, and into our AU (Burleigh Heads) and US (Vista) warehouses. If you thrive on optimizing landed costs, ensuring DIFOT (Delivered In Full, On Time), and leading cross‐functional teams, this is your opportunity to drive global growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Supplier Booking Governance: Validate bookings, enforce incoterm compliance, and approve routing/consolidation plans to support ATS.
- End to End Execution: Track cargo from ex‐factory to departure and manage milestone visibility through to customs clearance.
- Freight Relationship Owner: Ensure freight and inland costs from port are managed and that service lead times are met within the network.




- Hub and Transfer Management: Oversee our Malaysia bonded 3PL hub and execute disciplined AU/US inter‐company transfers.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure flawless global trade compliance (FTAs, HS codes, CPSA/ACE) and accuracy of CI, PL, COO and BOL.
- Cost Ownership: Maintain transactional accuracy in SAP B1, manage freight invoices, and optimise landed costs.
- Operations Handover: Drive a 'zero surprise' inbound environment by early advising shipments and ensuring flawless document handovers.

Qualifications

- 7+ years in global logistics, freight forwarding, or inbound supply chain execution.
- Deep understanding of incoterms, FTAs, tariffs and landed cost components.
- Proficiency in SAP B1 and global forwarder portals.
- Proven track record of managing bonded hubs and consolidation networks.
- Strong communication, escalation and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Delivery focused with strong cost, speed and service balance.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead change, uplift team maturity and align cross‐functional stakeholders.
