Marketing Manager

Mondrian Gold Coast is a luxury lifestyle hotel at the intersection of design, culture and modern hospitality — and winner of the QHA Award for Best Meeting & Events Venue. We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead our brand, own the content and drive commercial outcomes across Accommodation, F&B;, Ciel Spa, Events and Lifestyle Programming.

This is a hands‐on leadership role. You'll set the strategy and personally deliver the work — campaigns, content, EDMs, social, PR and reporting. Real creative ownership. Direct access to ownership.

THE ROLE

/n

/n

- Lead the hotel's marketing function across brand, digital, social, content, PR and activations

/n

- Own the content strategy — photo, video, influencer and UGC programmes across all venues

/n

- Manage digital channels: website, SEO/SEM, paid media (Meta & Google), EDM via Revinate

/n

- Lead influencer and creator partnerships aligned with luxury lifestyle positioning

/n

- Develop campaigns for events, activations, seasonal promotions and hotel programming

/n

- Build media and PR relationships locally, nationally and internationally

/n

- Manage CRM, email database and Accor/Ennismore loyalty engagement

/n





- Work closely with Revenue, F&B;, Spa and Events to align marketing with commercial goals

/n

- Manage agencies, contractors and a small in-house marketing team

/n

- Deliver monthly performance reporting on campaigns, social, website and revenue contribution

ABOUT YOU

/n

/n

- 3–5+ years in hospitality, luxury lifestyle or premium consumer brand marketing

/n

- Hands‐on across digital — SEO, paid social, Google Ads, EDM, website management

/n

- Experience with influencer marketing, content production and PR

/n

- Strong copywriter and creative director — you can brief an agency and produce in-house

/n

- Leadership experience — you've managed people, agencies or both

/n

- Data‐driven and self‐sufficient — you deliver without hand‐hanging

/n

- Luxury hotel or destination marketing experience highly desirable
