The Role

As a Senior Accountant, you'll be hands‐on with client work while leading and mentoring a motivated group of accountants.

Day‐to‐day responsibilities

- Oversee the compliance needs of a portfolio of active business clients

/n

- Manage client engagements and deliver practical, commercial advice

/n

- Build and nurture strong client relationships

/n

- Manage workflow, delegate tasks, and keep productivity on track

/n

- Mentor and support junior team members

/n/n

A Little About You

/n

/n

- 5+ years' experience in Business Services / Tax

/n

- Prior experience managing clients and junior staff members (preferred)

/n

- CA/CPA qualifications completed or nearing completion

/n

- Commercial problem‐solving ability with a proactive mindset

/n

- Strong knowledge of Australian taxation law, compliance, and accounting standards

/n

- Solid understanding of business structuring and tax planning (advantageous)
