Are you an experienced aircraft maintenance professional ready to step into a leadership role where your technical expertise can make a real impact?

We're seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor for the MQ-4C Triton to lead a team of skilled aviation technicians supporting one of Australia's most advanced Defence aviation platforms. Combining hands-on technical oversight with people leadership, you'll be responsible for delivering safe, compliant and mission-ready maintenance outcomes while developing and mentoring the next generation of aviation professionals.

Based in Tindal, Northern Territory, this role offers a unique prospect to contribute to a critical Defence capability, lead high-performing teams, and play a key role in the operational success of the MQ-4C Triton program.

What you will do:

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of aviation maintenance personnel.
/n
- Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure aircraft availability and operational readiness.
/n
- Supervise and certify maintenance actions.
/n
- Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting expertise.
/n
- Drive safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
/n
- Support maintenance planning and resource management.
/n
- Foster a strong compliance, safety and teamwork culture.
/n/n
About you:
/n
/n
- Holding a AGSVA NV1 security clearance with the ability to obtain a PV.
/n
- Demonstrated leadership capability.
/n
- Experience leading teams and managing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
/n/n
