As a System Analyst, you will bring a proactive attitude, working as part of a highly motivated and cohesive team to design, develop, and support business solutions using Agile approaches by creating highly specialized technical specifications.

Applications team currently operates in Dev Ops model within Scaled Agile framework (SAFe). In Dev Ops model Delivery and Operational responsibility are assigned within scrum teams.

As a member of the Agile project team, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile Ways of Working, collaborating effectively to define requirements and create detailed technical specifications that support innovative business solutions.

The System Analyst will work closely with architects, technical development team, UX design leads, product owners and vendor partners to establish business and technical requirements and drive them through successful and on‑time delivery of functionality/optimizations.

Deliverables

- Requirement / user story creation / Requirements Traceability matrix
- Refinement of requirements and user stories to form highly detailed technical specifications including Data warehouse and cloud platform related products
- Conduct pre‑analysis of upcoming requirements while leveraging Agile principles to provide actionable insights for business and technical teams, ensuring feasibility and alignment with organizational goals
- Creation and updating of digital workflows, sequence diagrams and API call flows
- Capture the test data requirements to support unit and sprint quality assurance testing
- Work in Dev Ops framework to support the deployed solutions

Essential Criteria

- Minimum 3 years related experience




- Ability to document highly detailed technical specifications from requirements
- Functional understanding of front‑ends, API patterns, REST
- Good understanding and working with cloud platforms and environments
- Thorough understanding of the principles of concrete quality control
- High ability to forge strong working relationships at all levels of an organization
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate organizational and business objectives

Desirable Criteria

- Preferably 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with identifying API from business process design and understanding of integration patterns
- Working with cloud‑based data and analytics platform implementation
- Experience in creating, working with and manipulating JSON documents
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Demonstrated understanding of Agile Ways of Working (SAFe, Scrum, or Dev Ops) and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, iterative setting
- Positive attitude, with a strong focus on problem‑solving and delivering results
