You will manage bookings from enquiry through to check-out and post-stay follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and owners.
In this role you will optimise occupancy and revenue, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, manage listings across platforms, and build solid relationships with owners, guests and service providers.
