We are currently seeking a friendly, motivated, and highly organisedOffice Administrator & Sales Supportto join our team at our Terrigal office.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives in a quick-paced workplace, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will be available to workfull-time (Monday to Friday), live locally, and have their own reliable transport.
Qualifications & experience
Admin / office support experience.
Logistics or freight experience preferred but not essential.
Is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Is highly organised with solid attention to detail.
Can effectively multitask and prioritise competing tasks.




Maintains a skilled and positive approach when dealing with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Works well both independently and as part of a team.
Tasks & responsibilities
Managing stock inventory and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Processing customer orders and preparing invoices.
Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
Liaising with the warehouse regarding stock availability and dispatch.
Preparing sales reports.
Processing credit account applications.
Providing administrative support to the sales team & assisting customer enquiries.
Liaising with the accounts department regarding customer accounts.
Coordinating and dispatching product samples.
General office administration and clerical duties.
