An award‐winning mining services company with sites in Australia and internationally is looking to recruit a skilled temporary Assistant Accountant.
This is a recent position and is likely to become permanent.
The purpose of the role will be to assist the Finance Manager with general accounting tasks.
This is a outstanding prospect to gain exposure with a leading WA company.
Key Duties
Bank reconciliations
Processing supplier invoices
Perform supplier reconciliations
Process intercompany payments & reconciliations
Processing Accounts Receivable remittances daily and customer statements every month.
Monitor and action the accounts inbox
Other ad‐hoc administrative duties as required.

Confident with accounts receivable & reconciliations
Confident with Pronto
