CatholicCare NT is hiring a Case Worker to support families with young children and connect Ali Curung families to childcare.
The role involves 3 days per week in Tennant Creek and 2 days in Ali Curung, with a focus on solid relationships, parenting programs and wellbeing outcomes.
You will implement strengths-based case management, advocacy, and practical childcare support while travelling weekly to(remote) communities and reporting on progress.
