The Opportunity

You’ll be a key support to the advice team,



managing day-to-day administration and playing a hands-on role in implementing advice and improving workflow efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
Scheduling and managing client appointments
Processing documentation and administrative tasks
Updating client data in XPLAN
Supporting the implementation of financial advice

What You Bring

You're passionate about clients, solutions-focused, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You have:
Experience in a client services role within financial advice
A proactive mindset and robust problem-solving ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence working with CRM systems
A focus on continuous improvement and qualified growth
