You will develop, coordinate and facilitate person-centred lifestyle programs that support residents' wellbeing and social connection.
You will lead a dedicated lifestyle team, collaborate with families and staff, and ensure programs meet the Aged Care Quality Standards while delivering meaningful experiences every day.
