This permanent full‐time position is 38 hours per week, offering a rewarding career guiding callers during emergencies and supporting the community.
You will train to quickly assess and progress emergency calls, provide essential first aid guidance, and remain calm under pressure while ensuring accurate information is captured for rapid dispatch.
