About the role
Lead setup, operation and pack-down of packaging line.
Supervise, train and support a small packaging team while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Perform line maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Manage QA/QC checks as directed by the Head Brewer.




Safely handle loading/unloading of deliveries and moving stock with forklift.
Production/inventory records in NetSuite.
Maintain protected working practices and uphold all WHS compliance on the production floor.
What we are looking for
Experience operating and supervising a beverage packaging line.
Current Forklift Licence.
Medium Rigid truck licence, or willingness to obtain.
Explicit communicator who can direct a team calmly and effectively under pressure.
Comfortable in an active, physical role.
Computer literate, with experience using production software.
To be considered, you must have valid working rights to Work in Australia.
