We are seeking motivated and skilled Personal Trainers to operate within our facility on a contracted basis. With an established membership base of 800+ active members, our gym offers a consistent, community-driven environment where trainers can build strong client relationships and long-term retention.

Structure

$75 per day facility access fee (Minimum 1 day per week)

12-month agreement

Operate your own PT business within the facility

Limited Personal Trainer spots available to ensure quality of service and floor space

About the Role

As a Personal Trainer,



you will run your own PT business within the facility while contributing to a positive member experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering 1:1 and small group PT sessions

Programming tailored to client goals

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Being an engaged and professional presence on the gym floor

What you need

Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum)

Current First Aid & CPR

ABN

Public Liability Insurance, minimum $10,000,000

Professional Indemnity Insurance, minimum $5,000,000

Queensland Police Check

Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a long-term mindset

Passionate about coaching and client outcomes
