Summary:
The Chef is responsible for the overall operation of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and create menus that meet the needs of the restaurant's guests and budget.
