Downer is seeking a hands-on maintenance lead to head daily preventative and reactive activities at theTorbanlea Manufacturing Facility.
You will supervise contractors and internal teams, drive Zero Harm culture, and resolve faults across electrical, mechanical and automation systems.
You will manage work orders, maintenance plans and compliance while identifying improvements, coaching the team and supporting performance in a state-of-the-art facility.
