The Trustee for JNK Family Trust & The Trustee for PGN Family Trust is seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team in Kununurra, Western Australia. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen workplace and is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
Wash dishes, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, storage areas, and food preparation stations.
Receive, unpack, and store deliveries according to food safety standards.
Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with workplace procedures.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
Support chefs and other kitchen staff during busy service periods.




Perform general cleaning and other kitchen duties as directed by management.

Skills and Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Kitchen Hand or in a similar hospitality role.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting kitchen supplies when required.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
