We’d love to hear from people who have:
A minimum of two years’ progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer‑facing role
Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
The ability to lead effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L;) reports
A proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work setting
