We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Change Assurance Specialist, you’ll support the delivery of assurance activities across a broad portfolio of projects and programs, helping ensure change is effectively governed, risks are identified early, and outcomes are delivered with confidence.
You’ll work across planning, delivery, and reporting, contributing to the development of assurance scopes, conducting detailed reviews, and providing transparent, actionable insights to stakeholders. Your ability to analyse complex information and communicate risks and recommendations will help guide better decision‑making across the organisation.
You’ll also play a role in shaping the forward assurance plan, identifying emerging risk themes, and working with both internal teams and external providers to deliver high‑quality assurance outcomes. This is a hands‑on opportunity where your expertise in project delivery, governance, and risk will directly influence how change is executed across the business.
This role is a permanent opportunity and is based in Brisbane or Sydney.

- Support coordination of external assurance providers and track deliverables.
- Engage with stakeholders to validate findings and support continuous improvement.
