About the Prospect
As a Finance Graduate,you’llplay a hands‑on role in delivering insights that support key business decisions across RACV.You’llgain experience in financial analysis, reporting, and planning, while collaborating with stakeholders to supportreal businessinitiatives. Working in a supportive team environment,you’llbuild your technical capability and developstrong communicationskills.This role will be working between both our CBD and Noble Park offices.
Throughout the program, you will:
- Contribute to financial planning and reporting initiatives that support data‑informed business decisions
- Develop meaningful business insights by analysing data,identifyingtrends, and providing recommendations
- Build andmaintainreports and dashboards to support stakeholders across the business
- Assistin the delivery of change and continuous improvement projects, contributing toreal businessoutcomes
- Support governance and control processes to ensure effective, compliant operations
What you’ll need to be successful
At RACV,
we know everyone brings something different.We’relooking for graduates who are analytically minded and eager to build a strong understanding of how our resortsoperate, using those insights to inform thoughtful analysis and business improvement.
To be considered for the program, you’ll need
- ABachelor’s Degree inCommercewith a focus on Finance, Accounting or Analyticsor a related field
- To have completed studies by end of 2026 or within the last 2 years
- Demonstrate strong curiosity, with a genuine interest in learning, asking questions and understanding how the business operates
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders
- Problem‑solving skills and an ability to generate practical solutions
- Have well‑developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information and draw meaningful insight
- Previouswork experience in finance,accountingand commerce (desirable)
- A validdriver’slicence (successful candidates will need to travel to different RACV Resorts across Victoria)
