About the opportunity
At Milwaukee, we don't just follow the market - we help define it. We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Product Marketing Manager to lead our Outdoor PowerEquipment and Light Equipment categories and inspire a high-performing product marketing team. In this influential leadership role, you'll be responsible for category strategy, portfolio performance, go-to-market execution, and developing the next generation of marketing talent. Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global teams, you'll turn customer insights into commercial outcomes and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to the following:
Analyse
- Lead their respective product team to continually discover and leverage user insights that will improve existing products and surface new market and technology opportunities.
- Maintain an understanding of the global industry and competitive landscape to guide new product development with the best commercial outcomes for Milwaukee.
- Continually test pricing optimisation to maximise market positioning whilst improving profitability with a commercial outlook.
- Work with Strategic Account Managers, Key Account Managers, Channel Managers and Shopper Marketing Managers to understand sales trends, drivers, and external influences.
Execution
- Lead their respective product team to continually deliver new product roadmap than enhances the Milwaukee value propositions thus disrupting established competitor brand equity and leveraging rapid market share acquisition.
- Support the leadership team in budget and business planning process.
- Prioritise product roadmaps in-line with competitive landscapes and resources.
- Align product & technology roadmaps with global initiative where possible.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate and collaborate locally and globally to deliver successful product and technology launches.
- Guide and lead the National Account team, Field Sales Team and Jobsite Solution Team through product presentations, pitches, range reviews, launch events, and other activities to ensure authorised dealers partner expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate and share learnings from the product marketing and guide other marketing functions the direction to best commercialise product through the category strategies, Supply & Operational Planning Cycle and Marketing Plan.
Support
- Provide oversight and direction to all product teams, brand team, experience team, CS, CX and Service for new product launches.
- Manage employees within their positions, hold them accountable for their performance and provide them with professional development opportunities.
- Responsible for delegating effectively to balance a wide-ranging and demanding workload and recognise team or individual achievements. Manage the employee's life cycle, including but limited to, performance reviews, development opportunities, check ins and continuous support.
What you will bring to the role:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing large/high growth product portfolios, sales experience and technical or industry experience would also be beneficial.
- Strong negotiation skills, and ability to navigate volatile business environments.
- Demonstrate strong data and financial literacy and a proven ability to deliver winning strategies from conception to execution.
- Ability to campaign a conceptual plan whilst engage people along the way.
- Ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Passion, dedication and commitment to marketing and communications with a great attitude that embraces a positive work culture and a healthy work ethic.
