Opportunity
Reporting to the HR Business Partner and working collaboratively with the People, Learning and Culture team, this role provides quality HR services and solutions for frontline Healthy Ageing Managers. The position covers award interpretation, recruitment, workforce planning, change management, performance management, grievance management, reporting and ad‑hoc projects. Some local and interstate travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Support and advise frontline managers on HR functions
- Interpret awards and provide compliance advice
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Plan workforce and support workforce planning initiatives
- Implement and manage change management initiatives
- Administer performance management and grievance systems
- Prepare HR reporting and support ad‑hoc projects
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate record keeping
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant experience working in an HR environment or HR administration
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing high‑priority tasks
- Customer‑focused and analytical problem‑solving skills
- Pro‑active attitude and desire to learn and develop
- Excellent time‑management, organisational and communication skills
- Adept at nurturing respectful, cooperative working relationships
