As a Senior Client Manager at OneFocus, you will play a key strategic role in supporting the growth and success of our thriving professional services organisation. Collaborating closely with the senior leadership team, you will drive our business objectives in a role that can be fully remote or hybrid from our Melbourne, Albury or Traralgon offices.

Role

- Manage a team of experienced accounting and bookkeeping professionals to deliver outsourced CFO and finance functions for a range of clients, including many in the not-for-profit sector.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to help clients achieve their strategic goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to address client needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within your team.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in a senior accounting or advisory role, ideally within a professional services workplace.
- Strong technical expertise in accounting and business advisory, with the ability to translate complex information into practical solutions.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- A proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide strategic insights to support key decision-making.
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
