Anthropic is expanding its datacenter operations. As a Staff Engineer, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of machines in global facilities, from provisioning to end-of-life. This greenfield effort focuses on defining services, tooling, and standards to operate hardware at scale while ensuring trusted compute practices.
You will collaborate with Infrastructure Security and Networking teams to improve efficiency, reliability, and security of the fleet, with occasional travel to datacenter sites.
