Surry Hills

Keith Prowse Travel is Australia’s leading premium sports travel operator. As official travel partners to a wide range of international events, we design and deliver extraordinary travel experiences for individuals, groups, and corporate clients across the globe.

We’re a tight-knit, passionate team operating at the intersection of sport, travel, and hospitality. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join us and help bring our brand to life.

The Opportunity

This is a hands‑on, executional role reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. You’ll be at the centre of our day‑to‑day marketing activity, helping to plan, create, and deliver campaigns across digital, social, email, and content that drive awareness and bookings for some of the world’s most iconic sporting events.

If you’re early in your marketing career and want real responsibility, genuine variety, and a product that genuinely excites you, this is the role for you.

The Marketing Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site role based in North Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

- Assist in the planning and execution of go‑to‑market campaigns across all channels, including email, social media, paid media, and the website
- Support the Marketing Manager in developing and maintaining the promotional and content calendar
- Coordinate campaign assets, deadlines, and approvals to keep activity on track

Social Media

- Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Monitor community engagement — responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on‑brand manner

- Support influencer outreach and partnership coordination
- Track social media performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics

Email Marketing (EDMs)

- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and automated journeys using the CRM platform
- Manage contact lists, segmentation, and database hygiene
- Report on open rates, click‑throughs, and conversions, sharing insights with the team

Content & Brand

- Write compelling copy for social posts, EDMs, website pages, and promotional materials
- Assist with photoshoots, video production, and sourcing event imagery and content
- Ensure all marketing materials maintain brand consistency in look, feel, and tone of voice
- Manage the digital asset library, keeping files organised and accessible

Website & Digital

- Update and maintain website content including event pages, package listings, and blog posts
- Support SEO activity including keyword optimisation and content updates
- Assist with paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) — monitoring performance and flagging opportunities

Reporting & Administration

- Compile and distribute regular marketing performance reports across channels
- Assist with marketing budget tracking and supplier invoicing
- Support the coordination of external agencies, designers, and content creators

What You Bring

- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing coordinator, executive, or assistant role
- Solid understanding of digital marketing — social media, email, and content are your comfort zone
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Later, or similar)
- Familiarity with an email marketing or CRM platform (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
- A good eye for design and solid written communication skills — you write with clarity and personality
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- A proactive, can‑do attitude — you’re not waiting to be told what needs doing
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
- Passion for sport, travel, or live events is a genuine advantage
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Why This Role

- Work on campaigns for the world’s most iconic sporting events — Formula 1, Grand Slam tennis, FIFA World Cup, and more
- Join a small, passionate team where your work is visible and your ideas are welcomed
- Grow quickly — this role offers genuine development and a clear pathway into a senior marketing position
- Be supported by an experienced Marketing Manager who will invest in your development
- Competitive salary, team culture, and genuine opportunity to attend major global sporting events
