meal quality About the role: As Lead Educator, you will: design
engaging play-based programs guide the planning cycle and support
reflective practice coach and mentor educators to build capability
and confidence embed the EYLF and NQS across daily practice build
robust relationships with families and colleagues contribute to a
warm, collaborative and child-centred culture What you bring:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved
equivalent) completed before October 2025 Minimum twelve months of
room or team leadership experience in an Australian early learning
service Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training,
plus a valid Blue Card Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and
planning cycle Confidence in mentoring, family engagement and
navigating challenging conversations Full-time availability,
